The laboratories are located on the 1st floor of the hospital. They are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and automatic analyzers of high standards. They are equipped with a computerized LIS system for timely and accurate updating of results. The reliability of tests is ensured by strict adherence to protocols and reference methods, daily control of analyses by internal quality control, and external quality control programs.

ACHT “THEAGENEIO” provides full specialization in Medical Biopathology and the possibility of practical training to students of the Departments of Biology, Biochemistry, and Biotechnology.

The staff of the laboratories of all levels actively participates in educational programs, training, and other scientific events of medical interest as well as in the preparation of papers that are announced in national and international conferences, thus keeping up with all the latest data of the specialty.
